TEST 3 Information
Math 1113 PreCalculus Online -Testing Instructions
(READ VERY CAREFULLY !)

Students,

Reminder  TEST 3 is scheduled for Wednesday 10-23-24  or Thursday 10-24-24 or Friday 10-25-24 ONLY!
(NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE UNLESS WE HAVE TALKED!)

The test will show up on MyMathLab at 6:00 AM the first morning of the test and stay up until 11:00 PM the second day of the test. Click on the " Quizzes & Test" button to start your test. You will only have 1 attempt to take the test. Once you start you have to finish without stopping. This is why you need to make sure you are ready for the test BEFORE you take it. You are allowed 75 MINUTES for the test! Make sure you are ready before you start. Of course I recommend you take the test in a very quite environment.
 
 YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO USE A TRADITIONAL HAND-HELD CALCULATOR FOR THE TEST(No computers or websites are allowed). You may NOT use notes or books of any kind. If a Formula sheet is located on the class website you will be allowed to use it. No one is allowed to help you on the test. No cell phones are allowed. This will be the same directions when you take your midterm and final exam. Academic Integrity is the goal of all courses at East Georgia State College.  Students must exhibit Academic Honesty as described in the Student Conduct Code listed in the Student Handbook. If your computer is not working or won't allow you to take the test online you will need to have access to another computer to take your test.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY FOR THE TEST. You should have viewed all the videos (several times if necessary) and done ALL the homework. If you haven't done these things you are behind and won't be ready for the test!  Remember tutoring is available if you need it. NOTICE the DUE DATE for the MyMathLab homework.

Practice problems are available on the course website. Of course you should do this to get more practice getting ready for the test and to see if you are ready for the test.

Practice test problems are also available on MyMathLab like the homework but instead of clicking on the "Homework" tab you will click on "Quizzes & Tests" tab. The MyMathLab site grades the practice problems for you to get feedback on how well you know the material. Continue to do the practice problems until you get a good score!

USUALLY IF A STUDENT DOES WELL PRACTICING FOR THE TEST AND HOMEWORK THEN THEY DO WELL ON THE TEST.
